Went into this store on my lunch break, was stood in a long queue when the server shouted. "Sorry I can't server anyone else, you should have all come in earlier!" I did feel sorry for the second server who couldn't look anyone else in the eye! Avoid at all costs!

Always use this branch as it's local, always have good stocks and the staff are friendly and helpful always order online and then I'm in and out no hanging about, could do with more parking spaces but not much you can do about that

Screwfix Yate is ideal for any Handyman, Professional or Amateur. The shop is open later than Toolstation across the road which is a bonus if you are strapped for time in the evening. It is great that you can check Screwfix stock online before travelling. Customer service was good and courteous. Parking no problem. They now have self service terminals instead of the old paper and pencil slips which they used to use. Beats B&Q hands down for price and stock availability.
