No stars but had to rate it or I couldn't post. Bought a phone charger 3 weeks ago which didn't work and I know my phone is sound. On inspection wires exposed but thought I'd try it anyway. Biggest load of cheap, substandard rubbish you've ever seen, he'd fished it out of a box in shop so it came without packaging. Looks like it might have cost about 20p to make. Despite having my receipt was told today I should have returned it following day, which was impossible. Money down the drain. No customer service skills, he sold me a dud and won't take responsibility and doesn't care about it. Beware, I'd avoid this so called business at all costs.

Cracked screen. Iphone 7. Fixing to sell on. Came back bent with backlight issue to the screen that was not there before. Denied they had bent it. Refused to resolve the issue with the backlight. De-valued the phone. Sold at a loss. Will never use them again. Stay clear

I asked Phone Junkies to cut down a mini sim to a nano sim size. This was done on the spot at a good price. Friendly and efficient service.
