I had no idea that when you add your fur baby to the app that you get so many offers and discounts a lovely lady walked me through the app and showed me what to do. They are so eager to help and get you what you need.

Really bad experiences I have 2 cats one is really difficult to take worm pills he keep fighting badly and I don?t want stress him out so i take him to the vet so they can give pill fast without long stressing and cat is really healthy and vet forsing me saying they will not give pill this time cat must be seeing and exam by the doctor when have no problems at all whatsoever obviously all about MONEY ,can?t believe they refused to give pill cost around 5£ obviously they want money not help the pet that?s second time they did that I had same around 3 years ago when I said cat helathy just pill and they see cat is healthy not need seeing doctor like last time for 3 min only to hear is everything ok and want me to PAY LOTS OF MONEY WHEN NOT NEED IT so disappointed ?not recoment them before move out i took him henbury for the years never problem always happy to help animal yate avoid guys

Good place for treats and food etc . Friendly staff and usually end up getting what I need.
Quite expensive compared to some local independent shops for treats.

Took my reactive border collie in and the vets in there are so attentive and welcoming, she usually is very anxious and loud but they made sure she felt welcome and at ease whilst there which made the process a stress free visit
