Visited this store yesterday. Staff really could not be bothered to help me, did not seem interested. More interested in chatting amongst themselves and it wasn't busy when I visited. I will purchase online instead of buying in store.

Bright and clean shop , staff friendly and polite had what i needed in stock even tho thier website said they did not so managed to get it without ordering.

No help at all, rang the phone about 20 times for an important enquiry for a collection order and no one answered! They normally just stand around looking at you so wouldn?t of been to busy to answer the phone? Disappointed

Rude girl called Laura - shocking customer serviceTook back a charm as it had broken after one week and wearing it once. Got told I had bent the charm and she would fix it, took it out back, did a dodgy repair . I explained I would like a new one, it was a £50 charm, and she was so rude and sassy I just wanted to leave ! I will never go back to this Pandora!!!
