We frequently shop at One Stop Yate Westleigh. There is an older worker called Sue who puts the self scan machine out of action, or scans something and leaves it waiting for assistance during her whole shift. She says this is because the corporate office keeps giving them less hours because more people use the machine. This causes long lines for all us customers. It adds an extra 5-10 minutes in queue wait time, every single day - and annoys a lot of your customers.

There was an older male member of staff in the shop tonight. He was busy stocking shelves so I went to pay using the self serve and he then ran over and stood very closely behind me watching me scan and pay? I then said thank you when I left and he ignored me. Made me feel uncomfortable. I would rather the staff serve me instead of standing creepily close to me watching me. .

Excellent female member of staff. She noticed I had a parcel in my hand and immediately apologised that I couldn't drop it off because their bag was full. However, she said I could still use their printer to get the label and suggested I take the parcel to Tesco Express, advising that she knew their printer didn't work. I'd never used Evri in that store before, which she could tell, so she directed me to the machine and gave instructions. After printing my label, I was about to leave the store when she stopped me to advise she could now take the parcel from me as the Delivery Driver had just turned up.A lovely surprise to have such great customer service. Makes me want to shop there again.

Always nice staff but as others have mentioned it's nowhere near as good as the other one stop which is now rebranded to tescos.The layout is very narrow and the till area is crowded and never clear on direction of queues.Whole store needs a complete refurb.

The staff are somewhat superior, which leaves some customers not feeling welcome. However, as it is my only local corner shop, I will continue to shop here.
