Had an issue with an in store return, after contacting customer services who were no help I asked to be put through to the store and spoke to a Manager (Guy) he told me to come down and he would sort it.
Went in and within 5 minutes he had returned the items on to a gift card - Thank you.

Really great experience. Callum was really good. Incredibly impressed with how he sorted my son out (extra tomato and medium hot). Will definitely return.

Excellent food with great staff who are friendly, smile and are very helpful. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back, but most of all we would recommend this branch of Nando's to anyone. Customer service as it should be!

We had ordered a takeaway which should have taken 15 mins. But when we arrived we were told it would be a bit of a longer wait. The server Autumn was so apologetic and friendly. She offered us a drink while we were waiting which was very kind. Then when we were told it would be another 8 minites we were offered a brownie. Considering they were obviously under staffed and busy, the front of house was great.

Changing rooms are shocking and dirty with piles of rolled up dust and fluff on the floor. All changing rooms had clothing left in there that hadn?t been put back. Disappointing.

Have been there couple of times and always good choice & helpful staff. no problem of returning item as didn?t fit well.

Filthy, slow service, understaffed and the staff had absolutely no control whatsoever over the customers (Sunday 12th June). The place was literally trashed. Felt really sorry for the servers. All the food was cold. No one there to greet / seat customers. No cutlery. Glasses were dirty. Genuinely awful experience. Avoid at all costs. Place was like a zoo.

I am amazed of how they make there chicken ,they make it with sick power. I would come here over and over as the service only takes 5-15 minutes to serve,phanominal waiters. Thank you

My partner and I chose to get Nandos on Sunday to avoid cooking. He was picking it up after being at the gym so it was coming close to their closing time. I can only think that the staff were feeling lazy toward the end of the shift and that?s why the quality was so awful. We were missing half our order, the chicken was dry and tasteless and cold as if it had been left out all day and then just thrown in a box to use it up. The veg was also dry and tasteless. Nothing seemed to have been cooked fresh for our takeaway and it resulted in one of us not getting our full meal and the other unable to eat most of theirs. Awful awful takeaway experience. So disappointed!

Have visited this restaurant numerous times. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. Highly recommend.

Really poor customer service, empty tables all over the restaurant, apparently although you can?t pre-book a table these are all allocated to people waiting, Really ? it?s been twenty minutes so far, no sign of anyone that may have been notified by phone that their table is ready and still the tables remain empty. Shocking way to run a business. When asked why can?t we sit at these empty table after such a long time, excuse ; we?re a little short on cutlery at the moment, very poor excuses and service, get better staff and change your booking policy.
