Went into branch to deposit cash i hold the account in yate branch
Was approached by a guy ask me what i wanted?
Said wanted to pay money over counter he said use deposit machine
I said i just wanted to pay in old fashion way.
I KNOW how to use deposit at cashpoint.
So he offered to help me i said i know what to do.
But just refused to let me pay money into my account over counter
Find this very odd indeed.
Why have we GOT to use machine to pay money in??

I have nothing but praise for tge lively staff who wirk at Yate nationwide branch. Theur trye kindness and professional manor is evident when helping my elderly father withhis banking business.

Had a slight emergency trying to get a house purchase through and the team were so helpful. Helen, in particular, was helpful on the phone and went out of her way to find me a solution which ultimately made all the difference. She even took the time to update the team and make sure I got what I needed when she went out on her lunch break. It was one of those times when you go in and it could be an admin nightmare but because of the extra effort of the staff it all went smoothly. Thanks so much!

Had the loveliest two ladies serve me and a friend today! Helped us with a foreign cheque and couldn't have been more helpful. We had lovely chat and didn't feel formal or intimidated like sometimes you can in a bank!
