Dropped in on Saturday sat down ordered from a dirty metal menu post. The food tables all the work tops with drink machines on were covered in dust and food left overs. The building was very dated looking. The staff seemed young and just stood around not doing alot.
The food was ok only stayed because I had ordered on line and paid. I wouldn't eat there again.

Always an amazing experience! I have visited Nando's Yate on several occasions now, and honestly, I can't wait to visit again.
The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious.

I ordered take away 22nd Feb around 7pm the girl that took are order was amazing. Don't normally write a review for take way but she was great and will definitely be back thanks to her!

Had a lovely meal, a group table with no booking and they welcomed us well. Although we did have a wait for food that was explained and it was just nice to see it busy. When the food came there were no complaints so thanks for a great visit.

Had a wonderful meal here, they had some internet issues but made sure to keep away and seated us as quickly as they could.
We made our orders on the all and were very quickly given our drinks, and food was very prompt to follow. Janet was very attentive and made sure everything was good.

Ordered to collect. Arrived 15 minutes early. Was made to feel welcome, given a table to wait at along with a refillable drink. Food arrived promptly, hot and packaged well. When arrived home food was still of restaurant quality. Plenty of chicken and sauce in the wrap, hot crispy chips and generously filled garlic pitta bread. Thankyou Nandos Yate.

We went there when it was quiet, so it was really good, especially as we had a baby with us. The gentleman wearing a cap behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. The lunch we had was nice and hit the spot!!

Went to nando's for my daughter's 10th birthday, staff were lovely and so helpful, food was delicious, but a special thank you to Finley who seated us, waited on us and made my daughter birthday really special, even made the effort to bring out a cake and sing to her.
11/10 to Finley great customer service and so helpful, great with kids and couldn't help out enough.

They ran out of mayo didn?t let me know till after I had already paid so I said I will take a pyrenees instead they then tried to charge me £1 for that so now I am supposed to pay £1 for mayo or eat my food dry with out sauce. I then disagreed with the guys decision then to be told to shut my mouth and sit down. Very unprofessional. I have been a customer for over 7 years

Great staff but just so busy. Takeaways being prioritised meaning we saw our food sit on the side for 10 minutes and it was cold when it arrived. I think in future priority should be customers dining in. Manager was wonderful however and brought us out hot replacement food and was very courteous.

A nice Nandos to visit

It's your usual Nandos, which means tasty chicken with fast service. Staff are friendly and there were plenty of spaces. As Nandos go, this one could do with a big revamp - the sofas were all stained, the floor stuck to your shoes and the wood veneer was all peeling, really dirty in general. Could do with a deep clean and refurb!
