Forgot 4x items of our order and all 3x side salads had a token amount of tomato and cucumber (one piece each) but an absolute tonne of red onion. Certainly won?t be paying a return visit (apart from the breakfast menu)?? Yate, Uk.

Ordered for delivery and yet again they don't put the whole order in the delivery in Yate. They clearly don't check the order before giving it to the delivery driver.

Steady McDonald?s food! But the standout for my visit was a lovely chap who was cleaning tables and ensuring the environment was tidy and fresh. He was also very sweet with all customers coming in and very politely chatted. It made such a difference and made me smile, I didn?t catch his name, but this was about 5:30 on Monday 13th of Jan.

Delivered to table using app. Super hot, never had McDonalds so fresh before it was so nice. Burger not greasy and good amount of ice cream in galaxy mcflurry.

I order quite a lot from this macdonalds and usually it's been pretty good. Especially as I have it delivered. However the past month has been absolutely shocking that whoever packs the order needs to learn how to read the order screens. I only order 4 items and the last 3 times I have ordered they've forgotten the biggest item (sharebox) which i then get sent in circles and told to hold for 1 hr to the number they request you to call to then get nowhere. All because someone can't check 4 items? Please sort it out.

Out of all the McDonald's I have visited the Yate store is by far the best, staff really friendly and polite, restaurant was very clean, little wait, and food was fresh and hot
