Absolute joke of a shop! No point in having parcel returns as they don't bother charging their handset!! Rude staff, horrible place, wouldn't come here but Amazon returns now insist on using post office.

The staff are very slow, inefficient and generally unhelpful in this branch. On several occasions I've witnessed long queues or customers simply being ignored as they wait at the tills.

i usually use this shop is it?s over the road from my house. went in today, someone i didn?t recognise working. put my stuff on the till and asked for a bag, she scanned my stuff and bagged it but didn?t bag my burger, yet still charged me £2.50 for it. didn?t give me a receipt despite asking for one as-well so have no way to prove to her.

Great to have a Morrisons local move in to Abbotswood. A definite upgrade on previous franchises. Well done staff - not always an easy place to work I'm sure.

Third wasted visit today. First time they couldnt open the shop, second time the post office section was closed even though its advertised as open - told to come back after 14:00. Third visit at 18:00 told post office closed as some of it not working and would have to wait until tomorrow as only "Julie" knew how it worked.Utter shambles, if you advertise services you should be open. Avoid at all costs.

Two times in a row I've been to this shop, and both times they have done money wrong. The first time I went I got charged extra for some cheap sweets and the second time they gave me the wrong amount of change they seem to be trying to take extra money without people knowing I would recommend that if anyone choses to go make sure they don't charge you more then the sign says and check your change before you leave.

Ohh my god I moved here 2 years ago and the fridges were either warm or empty, I went to get some ciders lastnight and the ones in the fridge were hotter than the ones sat in the shop, I thought they were getting them fixed or replaced according to a reply from previous review.
