Morrisons , Cranleigh court Yate , have the best staff and high levels of customer service , they are always kind , friendly and happy to help , they have such a wide range of stock for such a little store and even if they don?t have what you need they go above and behind to find out where you can get it from, they work very hard to maintain stock levels and keep up with shop tidiness and cleanliness.
Well done team and keep up the great work for the community and the company.

I find the staff are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I prefer to go into a smaller shop than a big supermarket and I'm still able to find what I'm looking for . On the odd occasion that I can't find something I need, the knowledgeable staff are their to assist me with a welcoming manner.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Emily, a manager i believe, walked me to the product i needed and I could not find myself with a lovely big smile and asked if i needed any other assistance. Something you don't get much of nowadays! Definitely recommend

Just went to this shop item i wanted was priced at £5 went to pay was told £5.95 i showed person serving his reply was that offer finished yesterday i explained he should honour priced shown then was told he was on his own at shop and wont honour price shown if only one his own he should shut the shop as has to be a minimum of two staff at all times!!

My young daughter needed to send a parcel via yodel but had never done it before. A member of the management team, Emily. She was extremely helpful and patient with my daughter.
