We were very impressed with how Billy helped a disabled customer this morning. He took time and didn't rush her, he was kind, helpful, respectful and very polite, a model employee in the Yate store.

We have been buying Our Best Ever Steak Pie for sometime and we cannot believe how the pie is shrinking in size and the price is the same. Will not be purchasing it again??

Visited the store today 21st December. 2020. They are allowing too many customers in the store. Originally only 30 were allowed in on the first lock down but now it is 60.Nobody is social distancing and staff are not making customers aware of the social distancing requirements.I know it is nearly xmas but safety is more important than footfall and profit.

We don't normally go to marks and Spencer to do our weekly shop, but thought we would to have a change, found the staff to be very helpful and cheerful, the shop itself was clean and well laid out, and there was a lovely smell of freshly baked bread, the pricing was very reasonable as was the selection of food and some very good offers. We will be going there a lot more often from now on.
