Brilliant. Turning up without my wallet and failing miserably with NFC phone payment Michael was superb . Endless patience and good humoured too. Other colleagues joined in with some witty remarks, all good banter. Eventually I got myself sorted and Michael and a colleague helped us load up..I've been in retail and hospitality for 4 decades and these guys get it. Well done and many thanks for all your patience and great service, I'll bring my wallet next time!
