I love how affordable their food is, I love their food so much the pie, the wedges, the chicken bites, the doughnuts ???I can?t express enough how much I love greggs food I am addicted to their pie ? the beef one to be specific.

I've been visiting this Greggs store for around 6 months now. I have never been to a more friendly and happy store. The manager is lovely and always happy to help staff. Food is always well cooked and hot ?

One of the worst Greggs I have been in, staff have no interest in serving you, none of them are happy and all miserable, but hearing the way the mangeress speaks to them there isn't any surprise they are like this. But overall staff are rude and uninviting. The place is never clean and hardly anything in the fridge or hot hold. Place often shuts early due to lack of staff but with the way staff are treated there is no surprise staff don't last long in this place. Your better of making a trip to the local trading estate store where staff are super friendly and place is always tidy and stock available

Very poor customer service staff member (Jade) she didn?t even greet us properly and We bought food from here which was cold ( vegan rolls) and on top of that in cheese & onion bake we found hair in it. She was not even apologetic for that. Just gave weird expressions between staff.& Table was dirty, we had to clean it by ourselves.Very very poor service They don?t even deserve one star. Management really need to look into it.

My go to every time I visit the UK Bristol... For a hot easy snack.I know there always busy in these shops...I do wish they were kind enough to have a staff member always cleaning up the floor and tables ... I mean they can certainly afford it too. See you next visit. Ciao.
