Very abrupt and quite rude staff. Couldn't help with a relatively simple request. First time I've ever been asked for photo ID just to check on an order.

I came into store today upset and annoyed with my phone. Danni was absolutely amazing, so kind, patient and helped me so much with helping me with a situation I had. She is a credit to the yate store. Couldn't thank her enough for all the help she done for me today!! They need more people like Danni in store. Amazing service !

My wife and I went into the Yate branch this afternoon, as our contracts had come to an end We were helped by Joel to sort out our new phone and set up our new contracts. I went in to renegotiate my lapsed contract. As far as I can tell, there is no preferential pricing for existing customers, and the tariffs are pretty high compared to other providers with similar geographical coverage. I left the place feeling a bit deflated and resolved to leave EE as soon as I can call them - of course you cant do that in the shop, as with all mobile providers they need to try and stop you departing. However, with tariffs like tgis, that is going to be a lost cause im afraid!Not all they are cracked up to be, in my opinion, which is a shame.
