Young staff were rude and unprofessional, I have never in my life seen espresso thrown into a cup after pouring the milk in first, in the customers face, whilst laughing amongst themselves. Certainly not the usual Costa service.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful, the food can be a bit hit and miss at times, but this is Costa's products, not those that prepare them in store. If I could suggest one thing for the company itself, perhaps more variety of Not Sweet items? The drinks and foods are all too sweet and as a result we tend to reserve Costa purely for the occasion rather than a regular pit stop.Again, no beef with the store itself, the staff are Wonderful! Just wish the company wasn't so Sugar/Sweet focused as to have a single cake is a third of what someone should eat in a day - and that is Without a hot chocolate/drink to go with it!

Busy Costa coffee in the town centre. Staff are always welcoming and helpful, though often there is not enough of them and they are running around like crazy (please employ more, the staff will burn out working like that!). Food and drink is always yummy, one of my favourite coffee shops.
