I went into Clarks with my 4 young children to get my eldest his first pair of school shoes. I was helped by Liz. She was very helpful and friendly, we got my son his shoes and she even measured my 3 daughters feet so they felt like they were joining in to.
I found this very lovely and she was brilliant with all my children! Amazing service from a lovely lady!

Rude manager! We had a very unpleasant visit today (15/08/2025) I was told several times to put the shoes I was looking at on it?s original place on the self, told my daughter to leave some shoes alone because they were too small for her (of course, we wanted to ask for her size!) also ask for a size and she said she?ll need to measure first and then she?ll only bring out the right size?. I?ve never felt more intimidated in a shop! I said I couldn?t take it anymore, I told my daughter not to try the shoes, as the lady was scaring her, and left! NOT COMING BACK!!!

How rude can you be on the phone u put phone done when I asked a question about bring shoes back that my daughter hadn't put on her feet can't cope with them do to having bad legs very bad customer service
