I think it's disgusting that there is no Union Jack's or bunting around Yate shopping centre on the 80th anniversary of VE day . Been round there today and only 2 shops have anything in the windows Card Market and Bonmarche. Is the shopping centre frightened in case they were to upset anyone ?

I went in for a piercing today and the women were so nice. The lady that pierced my lobes took her time and explained the process and told me of all the discounts I could use in the store to get xmas presents. Would definitely go here again, thank you :)

If I could give -10 stars I would! I came here for a nose piercing 2 weeks ago wish I hadnt! For a start a gun was used (by the time I'd realised it was a gun it was already in my nose) also the jewellery was just a straight earring which I can only describe as an arrow! I've had to go to a reputable piercer who had a really hard time getting the jewellery out, which as a result caused me more pain than the actual piercing!!!! Please do not take your children here they charge double and have no idea on what they're doing!

I bought a jumpsuit from Quest last week for £30 and when I got it home I tried it on and took the tag off, but the plastic whisker was through the middle of 2 layers so it made a hole in the fabric.
I went to take it back today and the assistant was rude to me and refused to take back the faulty item. She claimed the jumpsuit was damp (which it wasn't) and didn't smell like the ones on the rack. I told her I put it straight in a bag with the tag after I pulled it off, and it has been sat in my house until transferring it to the car today to drive to the shop. She said she "wasn't convinced" by me and thought I had washed it. I hadn't, which I told her, but I also said if I had it wouldn't matter anyway, because washed or not it would still be faulty. Which she wouldn't accept.
She even said she could see why it had the hole and that it was obviously from the whisker being put through only 1 layer, so I'm not sure why she was arguing with me but she refused to give me a refund or replacement and said I would have to come back in on Wedneday (go out of my way again and waste more time and petrol) to speak to the boss.
So I left upset and when I walked past again a few minutes later, I could hear her on the phone defaming me to (presumably) "the boss".
Regret spending any money in here which was obviously more important to them than repeat custom and customer satisfaction. I obviously wont be shopping here again and will advise others to avoid as well.

Took my daughter and friends daughter there for ear piercing. The two ladies that looked after us were absolutely fantastic and so lovely! The service was brilliant and the store was so clean and tidy!! Thank you!

Paid £45 for a pair of ears to be pierced. I can't believe how expensive this is!! The woman who did the piercing didn't even know how to put the butterfly clip on the earring
