Purchase a new fire stick from yeight shop after getting at home. It didn't seem to pair and work, took it back the next day. Being the bank holiday Monday late in the afternoon, the staff we're very helpful paired it up and got it working I guess being older. We don't know how to work a lot of modern tech.
The staff in the shop were very helpful and I was very happy.Would highly recommend

Went to Yate today trade a phone in has a tiny chip in the side of the screen aware of that phone works perfectly but not tested,but when muppets offer 1p for it expect the reply you give why not just say no thank you

Pleasently surprised with my visit to this store. Haven?t had great e perience with buying ps5 online which came in poor condition and didn?t work. Online support non existent and reviews of cex in general are not positive. However I was served by Jasmine in Yate who was really empathatetic and helpful, tested the product and found the fault within an hour and replaced with a working one. Tha ks for making it a less painful experience that expected!
