Absolutely superb service by a lovely lady named Bev. She greeted me warmly and immediately offered to assist and allowed for me to browse freely. She is a fine example of exemplary customer service. She was incredibly polite and knowledgeable too. Thanking you!

It doesn't deserves one star! Absolutely no customer service skills at all, just absolutely rude!
No product knowledge. Don't ask a question, you will just get a sarcastic answer in a belittling tone!
The person Infront of me was left mid transaction, when she asked if she could tap her card to pay, she was told sharply to 'just wait' as the member of staff just wondered off, came back with nothing or no reason why she wondered off! Just gave the customer a dirty look!

Woeful customer service.. 2 people behind the till, one serving the other just looking into space at the back wall of the till.
I had to ask the woman to serve me, paid for a £6 Xmas card and just handed it back with the till receipt balanced on top!
How people get jobs like that in shops is beyond me.... given there is so much choice in the shopping centre, I'll gladly go elsewhere.
