Absolutely superb service by a lovely lady named Bev. She greeted me warmly and immediately offered to assist and allowed for me to browse freely. She is a fine example of exemplary customer service. She was incredibly polite and knowledgeable too. Thanking you!

It doesn't deserves one star! Absolutely no customer service skills at all, just absolutely rude! No product knowledge. Don't ask a question, you will just get a sarcastic answer in a belittling tone! Woeful customer service.. 2 people behind the till, one serving the other just looking into space at the back wall of the till. I had to ask the woman to serve me, paid for a £6 Xmas card and just handed it back with the till receipt balanced on top! How people get jobs like that in shops is beyond me.... given there... read full comment
