Woman was very rude when it came to cancelling the contract, all because I was told a cancellation fee of £35, to be charged almost double at £60, rude staff and customer service is awful, go to pure gym, much better in most ways

Lovely clean facility, all bases covered in equipment. Staff are very friendly - Piers (PT) really helped me and knows his stuff!

Loved how Slide Reformer Pilates studio was right next to Anytime fitness; loved the classes on offer and at great price and instructors were kind and welcoming. Could do a class and then if needed more cardio go on the treadmill.

Great equipment and had some wonderful staff before. But currently a pure scam, rude staff and don't care...! They will make you sign for a 12 months contract twice without explaining the terms correctly because they want to make money and make you pay even when you do not use the gym. No staff to talk to when you need them most. Absolutely waste of space in Yate.

Happy that the bathrooms being cleaned back up to a good standard.Please though consider that the music is on the louder side and still plays through a broken rig,Edit, thank you for turning the music down to respectable level, it's a huge difference to the ambiance.

This used to be a five star gym. Sadly it?s now old, dirty and the air con is hardly ever working or the staff just don?t have it in. It regularly runs out of toilet paper, there is pee on the toilets, it?s sad to have watched it decline. I have been here since the day it opened and we have been promised a refit for nearly five years and so far nothing but excuses. It?ll take a lot for me to renew my membership this time round which I?m really sad about. The air con was just on 21 degrees. We now wet cloths to clean the equipment that are kept in bowl. There are so many other things but frankly I?m fed up saying. It?s embarrassing for me to keep telling staff about things. I will say the staff are mostly amazing, a special shout out to Marco.

Good facilities, machines and staff.I love bathrooms with private showers.The only drawback I find is that the air conditioning is very strong.I have gotten sick twice in the gym because of the air.

Great gym,Gutted it's not a nightclub anymore but life moves on.Personally I'm not a huge gym lover, prefer to sit on my bum, eat pasties and drink beer, but in order to sustain that life style you need to balance it with some fitness.Anytime is a little bit pricey when there are other options in town but they do offer help if payments can't be met etc and the staff here are so fantastic and helpful that I'm sure they will do what is needed to help anyone out, both my son and wife go here and both felt quite intimidated by going to the gym but both have said that the staff make it a very welcoming experience no matter your fitness level.They have a good range of equipment and machines the free weights area can get a little crowded but there's enough space to do what I need and the 24 hour aspect means its never too busy to get a good workout, the showers and other facilities are always well kept. If your looking for a gym I can highly recommend Anytime as an option.
