A wonderful surprise on our doorstep.
We have lived in the Frenchay/Downend area for over 40 years. Our son 52 decided to play golf so we paid a visit to American Golf Hambrook to get him a birthday present. From very first phone call we were met with a warm and friendly voice describing the place.We visited today and a very friendly and helpful young man served us and helped us to buy a suitable present.We visited the restaurant and again met with most helpful waitresses.,delicious food.Actibities and food there to suit everyone. Waved off by yet another friendly waitress clearing tables for more visitors. We will tell friends young and old and definitely visit again.Msny thanks.

I purchased a set of custom fit TM Qi10 irons from AG along with some other bits to get me started with golf. Total spend was around £1,700(ish).
The second time I hit the irons one of the heads came off. Not best pleased, but I?ve heard it does happen.
I returned the full set of irons to AG to be re-glued by TM as I had no confidence in them. During the many conversations I had with the team in the shop I was assured that I would be ?looked after? and a there was even talk of a free upgrade. That?s all it was though - talk. Nothing ever materialised.
My irons were returned to me after about 2 weeks with no apology and nothing by way of compensation or good will. I will not be buying from AG again anytime soon and my TM brand perception will be forever tainted.

Poor service from an apparent pro-outlet. Booked for a custom Ping order fit only to turn up and be told that they cannot do this!? This seems a fairly basic requirement of a specialist pro-outlet. Why offer the custom measurement session if you cannot fulfill! Full Ping order taken elsewhere!

Recently went into the store of an evening looking for a new putter, was approached by staff who took me through all of the information necessary and even offered some tips on my stroke to help out. Took the time to recommend the putter which was best for me, not just the most expensive. I believe the member of staff is called Nayanah. Great service and will definitely go back if I need any support in the future

This was our first time here and absolutely loved it here. So much fun we had loved the boat thing. Highly recommended this place.\\nFood was lovely and great it caters for gluten free but it was a shame as we were sat outside and the wasps kept coming by us and our food.\\nToilet roll holder needed fixing as I went to the toilet and toilet roll holder lid fell on my head not a problem but needs fixing or changing it plus need more hand washing as it was running out.\\nOverall we all had fun can?t wait to come back again.

I went to AG for a club fitting and at very short notice a lovely gentleman called Dayson made some time for us to test some clubs. On other occasions the fitting service at AG hasn?t been great but dayson spent some time with us and finally decided on the irons and shaft that was needed from my game. I ordered the clubs which a big financial outlay for some irons and only decided to go for them because I trusted Daysons honestly and customer service.

Large shop, several businesses on site with golf range and restaurant. Good parking available.Although located in a great location just off the M32, access to the golf centre is a little convoluted.

I'm a returning golfer with ancient clubs so I booked a fitting at this store. Neil took the time to find out about my game, analyse my swing and made very logical suggestions on what to look for in regards to clubs.No pushy tactics, no assumptions or rudeness. He was a pleasure to deal with and I have come away with a great idea on what to buy from them and even a few small tips on my swing!Thanks again guys. Highly recommended.

Amazing service. There was an issue with my irons (from the factory and not the stores fault).John the manager sorted the issue same day and got a new set ordered and couriered out within a week, and let me use the old irons with the issue so I was not without clubs.Flawless end-to-end service.Thank youLuke
