My father, who deals only in cash was very disappointed to find cash is no longer accepted at the centre. He is 90 years old, fiercely independent, and for years has enjoyed looking around and popping into the restaurant for a cup of tea. This little treat has now been taken away from him.Not everyone has a bank account with a cash card. In removing the cash payment option, the company has lost my father?s loyalty and probably that of many other older people. Such a shame.

Just brilliant. Lovely garden centre, has an amazing selection of plants: out door and in door. Really interesting gift and house decor. The cafe is amazing. Lovely cream tea & food. You can really tell that quality is what they are aiming for. All food looked fresh. Amazing selection. Only complaint is the tea pot spout needs a little bit more attention to clean. But par that the cafe is super clean with lovely views, lots of space and the staff are very friendly. Really enjoyed the visit and will be coming again shortly. Spent about 3 hours just walking around and enjoying the beautiful garden centre.

Visited 02/03/24: plenty of parking and disabled spaces. Accessible entrance and layout, though some furniture needs moving when you?re looking around but it?s easily done. The cafe was busy and the queue gets long it seems like it takes ages to get served for drinks and such. The flapjack was lovely, the cakes are all huge! Enjoyable afternoon spent at the garden centre.Toilets are clean and they have an accessible one.I?d definitely go back again.

A great garden centre with an extensive range of plants for all location as too restaurant, garden products, pet foods and fish department. Currently have their spring bulb collections in stock but ever expanding, clothes, food, gift, cards, and even the odd plant.

Extremely poor selection of gluten free cakes compared with other garden centres. Coeliac disease is not a lifestyle choice, it is an autoimmune disease!

Great garden centre, plenty to have a look around, also a great restaurant to sit back and relax, staff are friendly, knowledgeable and have time to help you. Plenty of parking, good layout and dog friendly. Will be back ?

Love this place. Has a wonderful restaurant and a wide selection of garden furniture, plants, clothes, shoes and much more. All the products are of a high standard and are sensibly priced. Will continue to visit.

Picked up some seed potatoes, asparagus corns and a goose berry plant. Went for a tea and cake so very expensive.

Surprisingly good range of products in excellent surroundings. Excellent range of quality goods for sale, more of a department storePleasant restaurant, if a bit noisy as there is little to deaden reflected sound.Quality and service good and friendly..Really does need to sort out the acoustics of the restaurant as the background noise is near unpleasantly loud.
