Roast was bog standard, lamb was over cooked and Yorkshires blackened. Pudding advertised as meringue tower with fruit, 8 thin slices of banana scattered around the plate, I'm not sure if it was the chefs attemp at being pretentious and arty or a joke.

Perfectly placed country style pub. Patio seating on a summers day facing the village green, what's not to like. Tasty food and snacks with lovely staff.

We had such a fun couple of nights here when visiting for the weekend. Everyone made us feel so welcome and karaoke was such a giggle. We will 100% be coming again if we’re in the area.
