I thoroughly recommend TUI Thornbury. I have used the store several times to book a holiday. All of the staff are very helpful. In particular I have been assisted by Alvita who spent considerable time with myself and my wife helping us choose the perfect holiday. Gave us advice Ref destinations and accommodation and even made a few small changes to ensure we got the very best deal possible. Nothing was too much trouble and I will certainly be using this branch again.Thanks everyone Paul.

I called in with my boyfriend as we were off to Paris later that day. Julie was so helpful and efficient . She explained about the Tui money card so we took one out, there & then and she also kindly set it up for us so it was all ready to use for our trip.We hadn?t even thought about insurance so she gave us a quick quote! So easy and instant!Would highly recommend Julie and will definitely be back soon!

We had been having great difficulty booking on-line (error every time when accepting the booking) and telephoned for advice. I got through to Jake at the Bristol Store. He couldn't have been more helpful. He managed to book for us and also managed to match the on-line price. He was careful to check all of the details before proceeding, was friendly and very professional. He managed to turn around what was a very poor customer experience into a positive one. Well done Jake!

Thoroughly recommend TUI Thornbury, quieter than the Mall and the staff are so helpful and empathetic.Visited TUI Thornbury today because our holiday was cancelled at short notice. Jake was really helpful and went the extra mile in booking a new holiday for this year and also next years holiday. All in all it took a couple of hours but we never felt rushed.

My boyfriend and I were struggling to find a holiday for later this year until we walked into Tui. Becky was so helpful and really listened to what we were after. Although it was late in the day she really took the time to search for exactly what we wanted and gave us great recommendations. She took away the stress of booking a holiday for us! I recently had the pleasure of Jo assisting me with a holiday booking. I am disabled and Jo was most helpful with information and in sorting out arrangements regarding my electric wheelchair, nothing was too much for her during our many conversations. Further, Jo has told me to contact her in future should I require any help with any bookings I may make. I can?t thank her enough??

My parents were looking to book a holiday to benidorm. This was their first trip abroad post pandemic .Julie helped arrange the booking and ordering their currency so they had it in plenty of time before their departureShe ensured their paperwork was posted to them as my parents aren't very computer savvy!Thank you Julie for being so helpful .
