I literary live 2 minute walk away from Screwfix this is a brilliant shop they mostly have everything in stock if not they get it sent from another Screwfix for you customer service is great here and all the staff are good as well and help you out as much as they can

Products mostly in stock, orderedfor next day if not. Take into consideration it's only a small shop. Staff are always Friendly and polite. Fair amount of parking.

Very busy at 5.15pm. I was blocked in when trying to leave. Never seen it like this. In view of the above, the service was efficient and there were lots of staff on hand. Excellent as ever.

Really sick of ordering and paying on line for Thornbury store. To on three consecutive occasions been stuck behind people in the click and collect checkout who spend 10 minutes and more chopping and changing what to buy. Either have them go to a purchase checkout and keep the click and collect separate or get rid of click and collect.

Parking is awful, Screwfix didn't really think about the parking. On a few occasions I've decided not to go in because of the parking fiasco.
