Very nice shop with lovely staff who will always take time out of their day to help out despite constantly being busy and not enough people being on. Amazing manager too, can tell they work hard.

Great store since the new manager took over can?t fault the way the store looks now all nice and tidy shelf?s looks full now manager is a great assets to the store always smiling and happy to help and always greeted with a good morning when ever I visit the shop

A poorly run store that seemed more like a hazard than a convenience store. They had food products past their sell-by date and piles of stock all over the already tight store, leaving no room to move. When I tried to purchase items that were on the shelf and on display, I was told that they couldn't sell them because the products hadn't been added to their system yet. It was frustrating to see items out and on display but not available for purchase.

Great staff.. polite.. try their best even after they dont have staff.. other should saw some empathy that they working hard so that shop can open, otherwise shop gonna be closed if they dont come.. saw some reviews but that shows people cant wait for few minutes and if somethings not working in shop blaming staff nd talk with staff rudely like they are their servant.. but i say most genuine staff who works so that we can get our essential things..

Terrible. It took 20 minutes to collect the Yodel parcel.
The guy by the till didn't know how to do it,do,after reaching after turn in the queue we were just refused to be served,because the guy doesn't have time to give the parcel. Seriously?
Apparently he was a trainee and was left alone for at least 20 minutes in front of the busy shop. Then his trainer finally decided to come to the till and both started to talk Indian in front of all the customers. Then,luckily the trainer finally found the time to gave us our parcel.
Apparently the trainee just didn't know how to use the Yodel scanner...
I will do whatever possible not to return to this shop.
It is a shame for Morrisons to have this shop. Normally I have a very good experience with Morrisons,but this time... Terrible...

I?ve lived within 200 meters of this shop for the majority of my life and I have always relied on it accordingly.I was incredibly excited to see the changes to the place after it was taken over by Morrisons, and for the first week or so after opening I was not disappointed. The bakery specifically excited me, and the olive bread sold there is the best I?ve had in my life. However, due (I believe) to staffing shortages, nowadays it?s a rare occasion that the bakery is actually stocked, or the shop is even open past 8pm (its listed to shut at 10). The shop is understocked, chaotic, and difficult to navigate. However, I have to compliment the long term staff, who are friendly, helpful, hardworking and all too aware of the shops flaws.

Many reviews bemoaning opening hours. Add today to the list. Closed when l visited at 5pm, still shuttered at 7pm. Maybe local staffing is an issue, but a notice outside indicating likely opening might be nice ?

Very disappointed with this store, I arrived at 21.55, the store was already closed, although the opening hours were stated until 22.00. Why can a salesperson afford to leave work early!? I had hope for this store, several other people came at this time and they were puzzled why it was closed.
