I placed an order via the app, I didn't receive confirmation of my order so placed it again via the app, still did not work. My husband then placed the order, which went through fine. However, I received a phone call from Dominos Thornbury to say they had seen 3 orders come through from my address, to which I confirmed it should only be 1 order. They said all fine, don't worry, you haven't been charged. Unfortunately, I HAD been charged TWICE, so paid over £90 for x2 pizzas. Terrible customer service from Thornbury, and after many phone calls and ignored emails from their customer service, still no refund and it's been 4 WEEKS, a glitch in the app apparently! It's totally unacceptable. I will not buy pizza from them again and staff are rude and unhelpful and make false promises. The pizza really wasn't worth all this hassle.

Great deals when booking on app and pickup. Super easy. On time service. Will be coming here again.Pizzas were enjoyed by the hole family.During busy times, parking very close can be difficult.Parking: During busy periods, parking close by can be difficult. Plenty of Free parking is 3mins walk away.

Terrible service, I waited 48 minutes before calling them to check on the progress of my order. I was hung up on immediately.Update April 2024:Thought I?d try them again following my previous experience, not impressed. Doughy and undercooked in the centre, delivery fees & pricing uncompetitive, driver thoughtless in the parking position, blocked the road while traffic came through. Will not be ordering again.

All very Unwell after eating out of date coleslaw supplied by Dominos 3 days out of date to our family for a birthday party.
