This was our first visit here, and won't be the last. Decided to book an afternoon tea for my wife and I. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The presentation was good. The staff that we interacted with in the main shop were also friendly. Definitely worth the 40 minute drive.

I visited twice in 3 days, and love the reasonably priced flowers and hanging baskets. The shop was fun to look round, and the restaurant was a good experience the first time. However, when we returned to have afternoon tea, I was advised that it needs to be booked in advance, but it's not made clear anywhere. The menu gives a qr code to book, but doesn't state exactly ehst for, or that it's required. They're doing 2 for 1 on scones with cream and jam, so we enjoyed them with pots of tea.

First visit. Easy to find. Clean and tidy. Only thing we missed was the butcher and food availability we have at ours.

The cafe could do with a deep clean of the chairs. The amount of stains, dirt and general muck on them is surely a hazard.
Some nice plants but will be giving this place a miss in future due to the state of the cafe.

The softplay was okay, but with the rain was it leaking as was the restaurant but instead that was absolutely flooded - the place clearly needs a lot of work as the ceiling tiles were falling in. The sad excuse of a baby changing facility was a dodgy free standing disgustingly dirty table in the women?s bathroom, with 3 mouldy changing mats. Absolutely vile. Never again.

4 of us went here and had very nice food and some great cakes. I especially enjoyed the fruit meringue as it was similar to others I have had in the past but not seen recently. The staff were good at clearing and cleaning tables even though it wasnt busy. We will be back again.

Great choice and great prices. Very helpful staff in the Garden Centre and in the aquatics centre.

We went there for breakfast and a good look around what they sell there.
The cafe area wasn't busy, but it was clean and tidy which is always a good start.
It was easy to order and pay and the food didn't take long to arrive.
The food itself was really tasty, hot and well presented.
Definitely going there again.
They also had a great selection plants unlike some places I could mention.

Visited the cafe in the afternoon, fully air conditioned, which was very needed on an extremely hot day. Staff was kind to let us know about the buy one get one free scones deal after 2pm. Although there was a strong taste of washing up liquid from the latte I ordered, so it might have not been rinsed well in the dishwasher.

I have tried this cafe a few times now...each time we order food there is either an item missing or arrives cold and bland ALSO the quality of the service is pretty poor.
The place is sticky and dirty, the milk jugs were dirty/not washed properly
Today my scrambled egg on toast would have looked better if it had been cooked and served by my 3 years old, not even salt on them...not going to have food here again! Do not bother eating there if you don't want to be disappointed!

Tones of flowers to choose from. Maiden head aquatics for fish. Everything you need for a garden

Visited Dobbies garden centre recently and found the retail department to be too hot to shop in
Touched a clothing rail and it was incredibly hot
Lack of ventilation and the temperature in that area made the shopping experience very uncomfortable
I don't understand how the staff work in these conditions
Can't see myself shopping there again in a real hurry
