Amazing. Usually with these they are the same. This one is great. My parents are frequent customers and on my visit today they were great. Chris is what customer service standards should be measured against. Great with my kids. Accommodating, conversational and great at what he does. By far the best place for a something to eat or drink in thornbury.

Absolutely loved my hot chocolate here, it's up there with my favourite ones ever, very strong chocolate flavour to it, filled near the top and whipped cream with chocolate dusting, delightful. The staff were very friendly and efficient service.

Just bought a coffee & toastie. Girl serving had a face like thunder, was on her phone & was quite rude! Good ole British customer service again!!!

Was one of the friendliest Costa coffee shops I've visited/delivered to. Problem is staff always changing.
If you have a delivery or wish to drive there the High Street is now one way only! Due to covid and social distancing, at first, but the council wants to make it permanent; despite local residents and shop keepers protests! Dont blame them.
But the complaints won't make any difference when the council can get millions in grants to do it?

Costa in Thornbury.Cakes and pastries are always nice in Costa and I was pleased to see sugar free syrups for drinks.Staff are always pleasant and it had a c cosy atmosphere.
