Impossible to get anyone to answer phone, at Boots Thornbury, whichever option you choose. An elderly friend, in her 80's with sight loss. traipsed a mile into Thornbury yesterday to collect prescription issued July 9th, to find it was not there and was told it would be there pm of 30th July .
