When selling my parents house this year, I wanted to work with an experienced estate agent who was very familiar with the property market in Thornbury. I also wanted to be able to speak directly with one person and not deal with automated telephone systems/ chatbots/ apps etc. that unfortunately are slowly becoming the norm in life (and do absolutely nothing to improve customer service).
Rowena was fantastic, achieving a sales price at the upper end of our expectations. The house sale proceeded very smoothly as she was particularly good in helping to manage the rest of the chain.

Bonds of Thornbury have been the best estate agents in Thornbury, having dealt with a few on our journey to our move to Thornbury. Brilliant to work with, no pressure, honest, sound advice and generally a great wealth of knowledge in this tricky business. Rowena was personal and professional selling us a home, not just a house. No job was too small for her, and she went above and beyond to get our chain moving. Rowena was excellent at finding out information (which others should have!) and keeping our chain on track. Truly a star in her line of business. Best estate agent in town.

I have recently sold my house through Bonds and was thoroughly impressed. Rowena was responsive to all queries, keeping me updated throughout. She never pressured me to reduce the price and we held out for the right buyers. During the final stages she was contacting both solicitors daily until exchange.
