I have received a fantastic service from Charlotte and her team, all the way from the first walk in, the viewing and the sale. They kept me fully up to date with the state of my purchase. 10/10 service, highly reccomend them if you are looking to buy or sell a property in their area. As a buyer of one of their properties, I really cannot fault them.

Well what can I say? Charlotte has been nothing short of amazing! Selling a shared ownership house is never easy due to the amount of parties involved, but Charlotte and her team were brilliant. Communication was great, helping us to chase everyone involved (don?t think there was anyone she didn?t speak to in order to get the job done!), making sure we got over the line in time due to deadlines linked to the housing association.If you are buying or selling in Tewkesbury, you will be well looked after by this amazing family business! ????

After being let down by online estate agents who offer no support and after having two houses fall through due to nobody being there for the buyer, I decided not to look at any houses for sale with online estate agents.I was also selective of which local estate agents I?d be willing to purchase through. I had 3, as the others seemed to be biased towards the seller. There were some that put no effort into helping me and not being pro active in sending me details of houses on the market.Wilkinsons, on the other hand worked day and night and put their all into making my family?s wishes come true. They were looking at mine and my families needs in terms of schools, work etc and sent me every suitable house wether it was in budget or not. After my 2nd house fell through (via online estate agents) Wilkinsons were determined to get me sorted ASAP. Within weeks of previous house falling through, they found me my dream house. I am eternally grateful to them as me and my family have our forever home.They were attached to my dreams and wishes and made it their mission to find a suitable house. We received amazing service from Wilkinson SLM during our house move from start to finish. Everything was done so professionally and they made our house move as stress free as possible. Charlotte, Antony and Annie were all a pleasure to do business with. Communication was absolutely fantastic!
