This bank was not good when Evesham was open it was better there . The lady is very good because she had time with us to put onThe extra interest on .The three stars are not for the staff it's the place it's old for people to get around in the inside of the building. There's money in the wall that is taking up so much of the room. that why it gets three stars

Needed to change an old £20 was told could change at any bank. Tsb refused as I didn't bank with them. Very rude lady said she would not change her mind. Luckily Lloyd's bank who i don't bank with very helpful changed it with no problems. Would never recommend TSb.
