This is my regular stop on my way to work. The younger staff are a delight. Polite , remember my order , sociable.
Jess , and a couple of the young men ( sorry my name skills are limited early in the morning !) are always bright and breezy and are always cheery and pleasant. Sadly they have a manager who has spoken to staff ( in front of customers so goodness knows what is said behind closed doors ) in a way that I find wholly unprofessional. I really feel for the team there if that is the management style. I hope the manager finds her calling elsewhere as it is affecting the staff morale and customers perception of what was previously a happy place.
Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian sandwich choices. Vegetarian options clearly labelled though.

manager treats the staff awfully, i would hate to work at a place with such dreadful management absolutely appalling, especially when she speaks to the lovely worker named sam who was so helpful.
