I had a very positive experience At Specsavers, Tewkesbury.
The team were all very friendly, helpful and supportive and the tips I received via email helped me to make the most of using my new prescription.

Glasses have been fine. Optometrist was very efficient. The optician bless him was very young and doing his training & he ended up with me who takes ages to pick new glasses especially as I had to have 3 prs. but he was very patient & the rest of the staff who most know me helped him out. So it was a lovely experience. Collection was 1st Class as well. Thank You.

Convenient and inexpensive parking very close by.
I called in to Specsavers with only a few minutes to spare (on my way to another appointment) and they answered all my questions quickly.
When I returned later, they were incredibly helpful, including suggesting a more basic (half the price!) frame than the one I was considering,
Glasses were ready in a couple of days, I couldn't be happier with this service.

I have been to many Specsavers over the years in all parts of the country. Tewkesbury is by far the best. Really nice people and the optometrists and the assistants are most professional.
