Needed to get a new SIM after EE deprovisioned my wife's SIM due to an EE operational error. Shop staff were reasonably efficient, although I didn't need the sales banter.

Absolutely brilliant service from Paul and the girls in the Tewkesbury EE shop.Paul went through everything and put up with some daft questions. And he went out of his way to transfer everything from my very broken phone. #geniusOnce the contract was sorted he was so helpful with advice.The girls helped with advice and childcare too.I left very happy. Great service.And I love my phone.
