Dominos is all about consistency, and this one hits the mark fine for my usual order. I order via the app, track progress and collect. Never have to wait. All good. Shame about Domino's massive overpricing but that's not this franchises fault tbf.

The place and pizza was fine but the dodgy ?offer? from buying online and being tricked into a Complete Savings contract means I will never shop there again. Buy online at your own risk!

Ordered food on my lunch break at work. Food tracker said out for delivery. After an hour I rang up they told us the oven was broken refunded the order told the Manager we?ve gone without food on our lunch break because he didn?t ring to let us know the food wouldn?t come and all he had to offer was 10% off next order. He wasn?t helpful and showed no empathy for the fact we went hungry at lunch.

In order food from here probably more regularly than my doctor would condone and have done since moving to Tewksbury mid 2023. Since then it?s been a mixed bag experience, the food is as you?d expect, its pizza and it?s yet to confine me to the porcelain throne, however, it is obscenely expensive, I just paid £26 (ish) for a gluten free pizza, which comes only in one size and would barely satiate a borrower. It?s advertised as 9.5?, a good number for a man to boast about at the pub but in the pizza world, that?s roughly 4? in the bedroom, some would argue adequate, but most would consider it disappointing. In reality though, the pizza is not 9.5, the sad truth is, it?s been measured by a man used to adding an inch or two on and is actually more like 8.5? (on a good day?..when it?s warm). I?m sure you remember the mathematical formula for pie from school and like me, I?m sure you too like to apply this to pizza to brighten up your evenings. Doing the maths tells us that I have paid for 29.83 square inches of pizza but have actually received 25.12? of gluten free pizza. I?m now in the same position with my food as all men are in life. I?m disappointed with my lack of inches.

The food took 40 minutes from when it apparently left the store to be marked as "delivered". Unfortunately it wasn't delivered. It was delivered 5 to 10 minutes later and was cold. Contacted customer services the next day they asked me to send a photo of the pizza ( ! )Please don't post the auto response telling me to contact you because I've already done that.

Was told it would be a 10minute wait, ended up being 40. Told we couldn?t order certain sides that were part of the deal so chose 2 we were told we could have. Basically because he couldn?t work the till. Ended up getting 2 garlic pizza breads even though we ordered 1 garlic pizza bread and 1 wedges. Deal came with cookies, well it didnt because they never gave it to us. Ordered 2 large dips. Got given 1. Had to argue and then find receipt that stated 2.Made official complaint through website, someone was supposed to contact us, they havent. Wont be coming using dominos again. Nowhere near worth the amount of money.I have already filled in your form, nobody has contacted me! Waste of my time, like waiting 40 minutes for a pizza in a shop with 1 other person.

Would never order another pizza again from this establishment even under the £12 offer for a large !! ..Ordered a large mighty meaty for collection with extra cheese, it was so dry and hardly any meat toppings! I called the manager and he was so unprofessional & unhelpful. A total rip off !!
