Visited yesterday with my disabled daughter who requires hoisting to use a toilet. I was very surprised you did not facilitate a changing places bathroom while building what is a very nice and easily accessible venue to shop in.

Pretty standard range of shops for one of these outlets. You'll need to look hard to find a genuine bargain but they can be found.

It?s going to be a run of the mill outlet centre, surrounded by a housing estate, traffic will be horrendous, can?t wait for the m5 to be shut for an accident, then the whole place will be screwed. It will kill Gloucester Quays completely.

You cannot truly review a place that hasn?t even opened, but let?s try and be objective.
If the goal was to be Bicester Village in The Cotswolds; then this is already an unmitigated failure. This looks, based on the brands who have signed up thus far, like Gloucester Quays Vol 2. Perhaps in Phase Two this will improve but you?ll never attract the true luxury brands starting out as they have.
However, I?m sure it will be a passable experience for a regular outlet site. It will drive much needed jobs and investment into Tewkesbury.
While it won?t be as busy as BV, it will also see good levels of traffic. I don?t think the infrastructure is in place for these levels given how congested it gets at the moment, around the motorway junction and I suspect a slip road a la Cribbs will be required sooner rather than later.
Is it good for the region? Sure. Does it excite me? No. Or to be fair, not yet.

Looking at the suggested stores - very poor.
All stores that?s can be found on local high streets. No RL, Lululemon, Gant, Reiss, Zara etc etc etc etc it isn?t no Bicester village
