Customer service was satisfactory but the young girl who made my coffee could have made more effort with her appearance.Her hair was falling over her face and not tied back properly. So personal hygiene could have been better.The girl who served me was polite.

I often go in here before work, and like it, BUT it really could do with a makeover. Whilst the staff are friendly and the coffee is nice, the furniture is rather old and a bit smelly. Corporately Costa you need to pay attention!

I've been to this costa multiple times and always feel a bad energy from the staff there. The first time I thought they were having a bad day but this is repeated behaviour. They aren't friendly or very kind and don't seem to have time for you. The food is hit or miss. Some things are delicious while others are atrocious. The cold drinks are very nice but their coffee is not as good as other chains. To sum the place up: average at best
