“This Tesco store car park is right by this store. The store isnt very big but u can get. Almost everythin u need. Fresh bread, fruit, meat, flowers. Frozen food. Cleanin products, :Lottery tickets. Wines, spirits, juice, I was very disappointed when i got to the counter to pay for my items. There was no one on the tills. There was a young girl by the self service tills. I asked if there was anyone on the till. She said no. So there was a self service machine empty. I swiped my items then couldnt see where to put money in (£5 note)She said these machines are all card payments.. I said i want to pay cash not card. The girl just stared at me. I said well i dont want to put this on my card. So i will leave it then. Then she called a young man who got on the till and took my cash. I think its wrong not to have someone on the till. I feel for the older folk who struggle with machines ect. They want someone on a till. They like the interaction with the person on the till. After the young man served me a older gentleman came straight behind me to be served by a person not a machine. Please Tesco think about what ur doing. Let there be human contact on a till for our older folk and for those that dont want to pay by card. Dont take away that interaction that our older folk need. They wont get that with machines. And that is SAD. ?”

“Went to return a parcel this morning, but code wouldn’t scan. The man that works there helped me for around 20 minutes to try to get the parcel returned for me. Really appreciated his perseverance. Wonderful shop, like a little Aladdin’s cave.”

“Great little shop to grab bits and pieces. Staff are friendly even if it is a new face each time I go in(why can't you keep your staff?) Though I will say it's better now the one lady isn't working there anymore. Bad attitude and shouldn't be in retail. She's working in the local tesco now so I avoid that store and go to one stop”
