Love Coffee#1, been to many branches but this branch is super friendly, big space and dog friendly. There are lots of mums with kids & buggies but the place is never cramped. My dog loves the doggy corner and he received a puppucino today, super happy dog now.
Lovely staff this morning, greeting and thanking everyone as they leave. Thank you for your hospitality. ??

The drinks and Cake were nice enough. Unfortunately both ourselves and the table next to us had to ask where our orders were. The tables were very close and we had to move constantly to let people in and out.

The toilets were absolutely disgusting, really unhygienic. I judge a place on the toilets because if they can?t be bothered to keep toilets nice and clean throughout the day, god knows what all the rest of the kitchens and equipment are like. I definitely would not eat here

Very very slow service, when will ALL coffee houses have a separate queue for those who DO NOT want a double African super mocha coffee etc. All I wanted was a toastie and a hot chocolate which took about 15 minutes of standing around!!
Come on guys it can't be that hard to have a non coffee line!!!

Nicky and Aaron couldn?t make you feel any more welcome. What a fabulous place to take a break! They gave an excellent service - extra hot water with a smile, and even helped charge my mobile. I will definitely make a point of dropping in again whenever I?m in Tewkesbury. The world needs more Aaron?s and Nickys
