We've just let a property via the Tewkesbury branch and found Beckie and Becky a pleasure to deal with. Beckie C in particular really helped me out with an issue that saved me from making a 150 mile round trip to sort it out. It is personal touches like that that really make the difference.
The communications to us as landlords have been prompt and requisite. I have also gleaned from the tenants that they are happy with the agent.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

This was my first move within the UK, and quite a short notice one. CGT (Becky, Beckie, and Debbie) were unfailingly friendly and helpful. I found a very suitable home via the website, arranging a site visit was one phone call, and the process of moving in was mostly very smooth. The part that wasn't entirely smooth was setting up the utilities but that is on the providers, and the CGT crew were tremendously helpful there too. I am happy to recommend them to anyone and would certainly use their services again at need.

I don't get easily impressed in life but I had one of the best experiences when I decided to reach out to CGT Lettings in Tewkesbury for helping me find a new home. I have never rented a property on my own so you can imagine the anxiety and stress to begin with.
But I met Beckie for my first viewing and we immediately clicked.
That property wasn't what I wanted unfortunately but since that day Beckie wouldn't stop searching for a more suitable place.
She went beyond and above to accommodate dates and times to suit my working hours and even negotiated prices for me.
And not long after she found it.
She found the perfect place for me and we started the process.
Everything went so smoothly and she was there for me with guidance and support every step of the way.
Beckie, you are a legend!
Then I met Debbie at the agency to wrap everything up and pick up the keys of my new home.
And I couldn't be happier with the way she greeted me and went over every single detail and answered every single question.
She also offered to set all the bills up for me. And I got a little gift box from them as a welcome pack. So sweet!
What I'm trying to say here is that they have exceeded my expectations and they are a credit to the company!
I wish I meet amazing people like Beckie and Debbie more often.
I can't thank them both enough and I wish them all the very best in the future!
