I have recently given my late wife's clothes to this shop and handed in 15+ black sacks full of items that I thought did not need any special handling. When I took in items inappropriate to put in sacks (eg formal suits and dresses), I took them in on hangers and was distressed to discover that they took them off the hangers and threw them into a large cage for donations.
I have now spoken to Sam who answered my review. I accepted Sam's apology and she is going to suggest the relevant manager review the training being given. I have changed my review from 1* to 3 as a result.
