My wife and I visited Boots in Tewkesbury for an eye test. I have a serious health issue, and a compromised immune system. We saw Sasha in store today. She was understanding of my needs, and completely empathetic throughout my entire appointment. Everything was sanitised to keep me safe including the glasses that I tried on. She wore a mask to protect me during the sight test, and during the selection and fitting of the glasses. The store was quite busy, but we were seated away from other people again to prioritise my safety.
The whole experience from start to finish was just what we would have hoped for and I would certainly recommend the branch of Boots to others.

I've just left my opticians super happy, after having a really positive experience. 24 months ago on my last re-test, I left in tears after struggling to pick a new pair of glasses amongst the 100s on offer. I did go back the next day, however and was eventually guided to the pair I currently wear.
This time around, my eye test went smoothly and thanks to Sasha's help and years of experience, I have managed to choose a new pair with varifocals, reactive and thinner lenses without having a meltdown in the middle of the store!
I now look forward to receiving them next week, trying them on and learning how to use them correctly.

I seen Sasha today and I could not have asked for better service. Very very knowledgeable and confident lady ,and so helpful with advice regarding my glasses.
