Over worked under appreciated new management has ruined the place beyond belief, make up silly rules that make no sense and expect you to follow them for example a class 1 driver was not able to drive my 7.5 tonne truck because he hadn?t been ?trained?, the brotherhood there is fantastic on the trucks you?ll make a lot of friends everyone?s great and good at what they do, unfortunately the company uses a lot of agency that has very basic English alot of the time which makes the job harder as it?s a customer facing role, I did enjoy my time there though and if management respected their workers more and listened to us the job would of been amazing. One of the best and worst jobs I?ve ever had I?d never not recommend them as I had a lot of great times their it?s like a big family.

ordered my bed on 8th February 2022. Was told that it would be delivered on 21st April. 4 days before delivery i was told it will not be delivered until 26th may. On 26th may ay 0830 i receive a call from the delivery driver stating that he only has the headboard. I phoned customer service and was on hold for 2hours and 47mins only to be told that they do not know where my bed is!!!! At this precise moment in time i am still unaware whether or not i will ever receive my bed. The customer sevice i have received in utterly disgusting. I will never order a bed or anything else from Bensons for beds again. I would surely ask all customers to take your orders to Dreams or another Bed outlet. Ihave just received a message stating that i will receive my bed on 01 july due to deliverty stock and van capacity. I really don't know what else i can do about this.

Started working for them a week ago and after a minor injury made it difficult to work on my second day I was sent home and immediately let go only nobody told me I had been let go so I worked a whole shift the following day and when I turned up for my next shift the following Tuesday I was told I was not booked to work and had to chase down the answer

Warehouse where unloading time is always very long. Of course we empty it by hand. But the teams do not seem well organized, and not always well motivated. Company that relies on the driver not to help but to replace one of their employees. Bad job
