Why run a customer-facing business if you can't achieve even a rudimentary level of politeness? I have a tip for the owner: someone who comes into your shop to drop off a parcel probably lives locally and might make purchases in future if you're courteous and helpful. I, however, won't be back.

Make it your first stop because even if they don?t have what you need, guaranteed you will find something else that you do!
