I needed a small number of capping blocks for a retaining wall. County were my nearest stockist although not local to me. Lee (Cheltenham) and Tom (Tetbury) went out of their way to help. They added my small order to another larger one to minimise the manufacturers delivery charge to them and then organised delivery to my home address via a staff member who visits relatives living nearby. They both went way above and beyond the call of duty and I cannot thank them enough. Guys you are amazing.

Extraordinary service; thank you Neil and Ashley. We totally misjudged how much shingle we needed, way over ordered. Then didn?t realise until the morning of the delivery. Quickly phoned County & Neil was so understanding and off loaded the 2 bulk bags of shingle etc; then fully refunded the payment. What amazing kind service. Highly recommended buy with total confidence.

Superb service, only recently opened an account with these guys , a phone call mid afternoon for some timber and the driver arrived with a smile on his face and delivered within minutes !!! Amazing efficient service.
