Being a avid Sunday Lunch eater, we have eaten at many top rated places. The Calcot has set a new standard for us. The best Sunday Lunch we have had and we eaten at celebrity chef restaurants in the past. Beautiful buildings, location and excellent service.

Tried the al fresco dining at the Barn Restaurant; good quality service as you'd expect from such an establishment & high standard of food. The Hive Cafe is a welcome oasis of calm; puffy cushions, deep sofas as well as tables for eating. A great place to meet friends for a coffee & a bite.

This was a treat for my daughter at the end of her maternity leave and we both felt totally relaxed after our visit. The hotel is tranquil with lots of cosy places to sit in peace. Every member of staff we had dealings with was extremely cheerful, friendly & welcoming. The Spa is equally peaceful, offering a wide range of treatments, and again the staff are great. The food is of a very high standard; beautifully presented & delicious. Nobody could have done anything more to improve our stay; everything was perfect. Thank you for a lovely 2 days.

I have stayed at Calcot & Spa four times and I can't wait for my next visit. I hesitated to write this review as I don't want the secret to get out of just how amazing this hotel really is! I have stayed as a guest once before having children, three times with children. Every time I have stayed it gets better. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The hotel is beautiful, cozy and the attention to detail everywhere you go is immaculate. The spa is outstanding. The grounds are perfectly maintained and excellent for long country walks. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. If you stay with children, including babies, you will be amazed with how much this hotel does to accommodate your family. Nothing beats a creche on site! And readily available babysitters at virtually any time you need them! With that said, if you want to visit the hotel and feel like no children are on the premises - you can get that, too. There are dedicated times for children's meals and swimming, and there are clear spaces for 'adults-only'. This is far and away my favourite place to get away in England and I hope to return very soon.

Simply amazing.Outstanding attention to detail. Attentive service and great food.Spa treatment was brilliant, but the spa space itself could do with some love. It is just starting to look a little tired.The new gym is very well equipped.

We had not been to Calcot for many years, the last time with grandchildren which left a lasting impression.So great to be back enjoying the same experiences.Rooms: Cornwall. Had an amazing Spa Day with some clay pigeon shooting our Instructor Martin was incredibly patient and encouraging and made an extremely cold hour an amazing experience. The food was great and the service was too. The rooms were lovely definitely on the to revisit soon list.

Me and my auntie came for a half spa day and we had the best time! The staff were brillant, Dominique did my massage with facial and she was AMAZING, can?t recommend her enough. We finished with lunch at the Brasserie where Sasha F served us, they were amazing and helped me a lot as a vegetarian. A note for other vegetarians, their Parmesan isn?t vegetarian despite dishes including it being marked as vegetarian (V) so stay aware.

Spectacular setting, very generous family suite (more than you can imagine) and great service, always with a smile.Excellent food in Restaurant and lovely town nearby. Definitely suggest doing the bike ride (bikes provided) and using the spa/pool.We will definitely be back.
